Asset Control Specialist - KB Finansia Multi Finance (Bali Region)

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Maintain and update asset records using SAP and other financial software.
• Conduct regular audits of asset records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor asset depreciation and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Collaborate with branch managers and other stakeholders to resolve discrepancies in asset records.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to asset management.
• Prepare and present regular reports on asset status and performance.
• Train and mentor junior staff on asset management best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in asset management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in asset management or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in using SAP and other financial software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and practices.
