As a City Lead, you’ll be the face of Angkas in Bali, collaborating closely with local partners, drivers, and stakeholders to optimize our services. You’ll manage day-to-day operations, from fleet management to customer support, using tools like Google Maps API and Firebase. With Bali’s unique challenges and opportunities, you’ll need a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations in Bali, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage and grow the local driver and partner network, fostering strong relationships.
• Optimize fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance and driver performance.
• Handle customer service and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with local authorities and stakeholders to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement local marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Ensure all operations adhere to Angkas’ policies and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the transportation or ride-hailing industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing operations in a dynamic urban environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Maps API, Firebase, and other relevant operational software.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Passionate about urban mobility and committed to Angkas’ mission.
