Infrastructure Manager - Network

DFI Retail Group is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager - Network to spearhead the strategic design, regional transition, and execution of our cutting-edge network infrastructure across multiple locations in Bali. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless connectivity, robust security, and optimal performance for our retail operations.

In this role, you will work closely with our IT team to design, implement, and maintain our network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks. You will be responsible for ensuring the network supports our business needs, including point-of-sale systems, inventory management, and customer service applications. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing network performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high availability and reliability.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
• Ensure network performance, availability, and reliability to support retail operations.
• Optimize network performance through continuous monitoring and analysis.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate network solutions with other IT systems.
• Implement and manage network security measures to protect against cyber threats.
• Stay updated with the latest network technologies and industry trends.
• Provide technical guidance and support to staff on network-related issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in network infrastructure management.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE (preferred but not required).
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, or similar networking equipment.
• Experience with network security protocols and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
