As an Operations Administration Assistant Manager, you'll be responsible for managing store operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily supermarket operations, ensuring smooth and efficient store management.
• Manage inventory using SAP, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement safety protocols.
• Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.
• Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Operations Manager.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a supermarket setting.
• Proven experience in inventory management using SAP or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, and ability to implement safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
