As an Accounts Receivable (AR) and Collections Assistant Accountant, you will play a crucial role in our financial team. Your daily tasks will include processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and implementing strategies to improve payment terms and collections. This role is perfect for someone with 2-4 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably with exposure to AR and collections processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and reconcile daily accounts receivable transactions using QuickBooks and SAP.
• Follow up on overdue payments and implement collection strategies to improve payment terms.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.
• Provide support in the preparation of tax filings and financial audits.
• Monitor cash flow and provide insights to improve financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on Accounts Receivable and Collections.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks and SAP.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
