In this role, you’ll spend your days navigating the intricacies of commercial leasing, from initial tenant inquiries to finalizing lease agreements. You’ll work closely with property managers, legal teams, and tenant representatives to ensure seamless transactions and strong tenant relationships. With a focus on data-driven decision-making, you’ll use tools like SAP Lease Accounting and Microsoft Office Suite to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and negotiate commercial lease agreements with potential tenants, ensuring optimal terms and conditions for both parties.
• Conduct market research and tenant analysis to identify and attract high-value commercial tenants.
• Oversee the leasing process from initial inquiry to lease signing, including tenant presentations, site visits, and lease documentation.
• Maintain and update property leasing databases and tracking systems.
• Collaborate with property managers and legal teams to ensure compliance with lease agreements and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze leasing performance metrics and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential tenants to ensure long-term tenant satisfaction and retention.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial leasing, with a proven track record in securing high-value tenants.
• Strong understanding of local and international commercial leasing practices and regulations.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using SAP Lease Accounting and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of property management software such as Yardi or BuildingIQ is a plus.
• Certification in commercial leasing or property management is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
