📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assess clients' financial needs and provide tailored financing solutions.
• Evaluate creditworthiness using BTPN Syariah's proprietary CRM system and financial modeling software.
• Design and present loan packages that align with Sharia principles.
• Conduct financial literacy workshops and seminars to educate clients on responsible financial management.
• Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the branch team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
• Monitor and report on loan performance and client satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Islamic banking and financial services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services, particularly in credit analysis or loan origination.
• Strong understanding of Sharia principles and Islamic banking products.
• Proficiency in using BTPN Syariah's proprietary CRM system and financial modeling software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the banking industry and financial regulations in Indonesia.
• Certification in Islamic Finance (e.g., CFA, CIMA, or equivalent) is a plus.
