📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct process assessments and identify opportunities for improvement using tools like Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Develop and implement process improvement projects, collaborating with department heads and operational teams.
• Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement using software such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
• Create and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement workshops and training sessions for employees.
• Monitor and report on the progress of improvement initiatives, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in business improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business improvement, process optimization, or a similar role.
• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other relevant process improvement methodologies are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with process improvement software such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Ability to travel and work in multiple locations within Bali as needed.
