📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily farm operations, including planting, harvesting, and maintenance activities.
• Manage and supervise a team of workers, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
• Develop and implement sustainable agriculture practices to enhance productivity and environmental stewardship.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production, quality, and sustainability.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address operational issues.
• Collaborate with the company's sustainability team to implement and monitor environmental initiatives.
• Participate in training and development programs for the workforce.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Forestry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in palm oil plantation management.
• Strong knowledge of sustainable agriculture practices and environmental regulations.
• Proficient in using farm management software such as SAP or similar.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a remote and challenging environment.
• Certification in Sustainable Palm Oil (CSPO) or similar is a plus.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
