📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily operations and ensure smooth business processes
• Oversee inventory management and coordinate with suppliers
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, employees, and suppliers
• Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies and plans
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Provide support to the General Manager in managing the team and overseeing projects
• Attend and participate in industry events and conferences

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management or supervisory role in the fashion or retail industry
• Fluent in both Indonesian and Mandarin
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, is a plus
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
