As an Assistant Manager, you will be at the forefront of our product strategy, working closely with our experienced Product Specialists to ensure our insurance products meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs to ensure our team is well-equipped to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the product development lifecycle, from inception to launch, ensuring all products meet regulatory requirements and market needs.
• Conduct regular product reviews and audits to ensure compliance with OJK and other relevant regulations.
• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for our agents and staff, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance.
• Collaborate with the training and development team to create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules and workshops.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our regulatory bodies and industry partners to ensure ongoing compliance and market relevance.
• Provide strategic advice to the management team on product strategy, market trends, and regulatory changes.
• Oversee the development and implementation of product marketing and sales materials, ensuring they are accurate, compliant, and effective.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, insurance, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of OJK regulations and other relevant insurance laws.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing training programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
