📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide a variety of massage therapies, including traditional Balinese techniques and modern Western approaches.
• Create and implement personalized wellness plans for each guest, in collaboration with our team of wellness professionals.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the treatment rooms and equipment.
• Assist with the preparation and serving of healthy meals and snacks to our guests.
• Attend regular training sessions and workshops to stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in the wellness industry.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest treatments and wellness plans.
• Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests and colleagues.
• Assist with the organization and coordination of wellness retreats and workshops for our guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Licensed Massage Therapist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the wellness industry.
• Certification in traditional Balinese massage techniques, such as Usui Reiki or Puncak Sari.
• Familiarity with modern Western massage therapies, such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Sports Massage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively with both local and international guests.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with the latest trends and techniques in the wellness industry.
