📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver high-quality training programs to clients and internal teams, focusing on ICTAV technologies.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ICTAV-related issues.
• Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and video tutorials.
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to ensure continuous learning and skill development.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in ICTAV.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ICTAV solutions.
• Assist in the implementation and optimization of ICTAV technologies for our clients.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of ICTAV systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ICTAV technologies and training.
• Certifications in VMware, Microsoft Azure, or other relevant cloud platforms are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of ICTAV tools and software, including VMware vSphere, VMware Horizon, and Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality training programs.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
