📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Monitor and maintain building systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
• Conduct inspections and tests to identify and address any issues with building systems.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of capital projects, such as building renovations and expansions.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair work.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and system performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in facilities engineering.
• Provide technical support to facility staff and other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities engineering or a related field.
• Familiarity with building automation systems (BAS) and energy management systems (EMS).
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
