📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage billing processes, including invoice creation, distribution, and follow-up.
• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, maintaining a high level of detail and accuracy.
• Support the finance team in maintaining financial records and reports.
• Assist in reconciling accounts, verifying transactions, and resolving discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain financial documentation, including ledgers, journals, and reports.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other required reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Stay updated with accounting standards and regulations, applying them to daily tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field, preferably in a billing or finance role.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Excel, and other financial tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
