📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support.,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of inventory records and reports.,Monitor and maintain warehouse safety standards and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.,Implement and enforce warehouse policies and procedures.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the warehouse team.,Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics environment.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
