📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles.
  • Ensure that vehicles are maintained and operated efficiently.
  • Work closely with drivers to ensure that they are following safety protocols and regulations.
  • Monitor and report on vehicle usage and performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure that all vehicles are properly insured and that all necessary documentation is up to date.
  • Provide training and support to drivers as needed.
  • Work with other departments to ensure that fleet operations are aligned with company goals and objectives.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, transportation, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics and transportation regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
