📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and manage job postings to attract qualified candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recommendations for suitable candidates.,Coordinate with internal teams to schedule interviews and provide updates on the hiring process.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.,Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
