Maintenance Technician

Accor Nusantara is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Makassar. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel facilities by performing routine and preventive maintenance tasks. You will work closely with the hotel's engineering team to identify and resolve any maintenance issues that may arise.

This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of Rp 2.000.000 – Rp 3.000.000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks on hotel facilities, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other equipment.
• Inspect and maintain hotel equipment and machinery to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Troubleshoot and repair any maintenance issues that may arise.
• Work closely with the hotel's engineering team to ensure timely and efficient maintenance of hotel facilities.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment condition.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Assist in the implementation of energy-saving measures and practices.
• Participate in regular training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality or maintenance industry.
• Knowledge of hotel maintenance procedures, equipment, and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other hotel equipment.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to travel and work in various hotel departments.
