📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and sales tracking.,Support the implementation of marketing strategies and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience.,Assist in the development and execution of store improvement projects.,Collaborate with the marketing team to organize and participate in store events and activities.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
