📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Deliver training sessions both in-person and virtually, ensuring high engagement and participation.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized programs.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and trends to ensure best practices are implemented.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees to facilitate their professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Certification in training and development (e.g., ATP, CPLP) is a plus.
