🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with office management software and tools.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment, both in the office and remotely.
