📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the company's strategic goals.,Leading and managing the company's team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.,Developing and implementing business strategies and plans to drive growth and profitability.,Managing the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Representing the company in meetings and events, both internally and externally.,Continuously monitoring and evaluating the company's performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Proven track record of success in driving business growth and profitability.,Familiarity with financial management, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
