📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and scheduling of fleet operations to ensure optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing to prevent breakdowns and extend vehicle lifespan.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections to identify any potential issues and address them promptly.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Assist in the management of driver performance and conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.,Coordinate with external service providers for maintenance and repairs as needed.,Provide support to the Fleet Coordinator in the implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Contribute to the development and improvement of fleet management processes and systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
