📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the daily operations of the F&B service.,Ensure the quality and cleanliness of food and beverage offerings.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Maintain accurate records of food and beverage inventory.,Participate in staff training and development programs.,Assist in planning and executing special events and promotions.,Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.,Monitor and report on F&B service performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using basic office software and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.
