📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement team training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to align team goals with organizational objectives.,Identify and address team challenges and obstacles, implementing effective solutions.,Participate in team-building activities to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Represent the company at internal and external events as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in a similar role within a multinational company is a plus.
