Oxydata Software is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Architect and Lead Developer to join our dynamic team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and leading software solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with our team of developers, designers, and project managers to ensure that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop software solutions that meet the needs of our clients,Lead a team of developers and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget,Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are aligned with business goals,Mentor and train junior developers to ensure that our team remains up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices,Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the software industry,Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure that our codebase remains clean, maintainable, and scalable,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the development process,Document technical designs and decisions to ensure that they are easily understood and maintained by other team members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field,5+ years of experience as a software architect and lead developer,Strong understanding of software design principles and patterns,Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, C#, or Python,Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and critically,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders,Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
