Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the assigned section,Developing and implementing strategies to improve section performance,Managing a team of employees and providing guidance and support,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures,Monitoring section budget and financial performance,Collaborating with other departments to achieve company goals,Identifying and addressing any issues or challenges within the section,Providing regular reports and updates to senior management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role,Proven track record of success in managing teams and projects,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with financial management and budgeting,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
