📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing the daily operations of the outlet, including stock control and inventory management.,Ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.,Promoting sales and achieving monthly targets.,Maintaining a clean and organized outlet environment.,Assisting in the training and development of junior staff.,Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Participating in promotional events and sales campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic inventory management systems.,Fluency in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Willingness to travel and work in different locations.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
