BBS Digital is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing key accounts in the frozen food and FMCG distribution sector. This is a contract position with the potential for full-time employment based on performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.,Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and other stakeholders.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify opportunities and trends.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand the company's market reach.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the frozen food or FMCG industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using sales management software and tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
