📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to end-users and ensure their IT systems are running smoothly.,Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.,Monitor and maintain network infrastructure.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to new employees.,Ensure the security and integrity of the IT infrastructure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network protocols and technologies.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
