📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of the organization.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees, both in-person and virtually.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve future initiatives.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and align training programs with business objectives.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process by providing training to new hires.,Support the implementation of compliance training programs to ensure regulatory requirements are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training software.,Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is preferred.
