📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage inventory and procurement to optimize costs and ensure product availability.,Handle financial management and reporting to maintain profitability.,Lead and participate in team meetings and training sessions.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in the fast-food or bakso industry.,Proven track record of successful operations management and team leadership.,Strong understanding of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the local market and customer preferences.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
