📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and search engines.,Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance to optimize strategies and improve results.,Create and manage content calendars, including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.,Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of marketing initiatives.,Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement.,Manage and grow our social media presence, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.,Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.,Proven track record of successfully managing digital marketing campaigns and driving results.,Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Hootsuite.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.,Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
