Local Crown Unggul is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Deputy Cashier to join our team in Mojokerto, Jawa Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the cashier in managing transactions, ensuring accurate financial records, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the cashier in managing daily transactions and ensuring accuracy,Maintain and update financial records and reports,Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding transactions,Collaborate with the cashier to maintain a clean and organized workspace,Assist in the preparation of end-of-day and end-of-month reports,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment,Assist in training and mentoring new team members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or similar role,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Basic knowledge of financial transactions and records,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures
